101 - the fans featured - where are they now?

Postby dirtyepic1 » Thu Oct 05, 2006 5:10 am

Hi

I am watching 101 for the first time in about 10 years!!!! Does anyone know what happened to the fans who were featured in the film?

Well I say I'm watching it, its on in the background and I intend to watch it good and proper later today!

There's Dave Gahan and Martin L Gore jamming away with their respective mouth organ and guitar!!!!

Yeah, it would be dead interesting to find out who exactly they were, what they are doing now and how the whole filming process and experience affected them!

Cheers everyone!

T

ps just watched Strange Too a bit earlier this morning and has anyone noticed at the beginning of 'Clean' when the beautiful lady (who was she?) emerges from the pool and trips on one of the steps!!!!! How pedantic am I this morning?

The Mowhawk guy, Oliver Chesler is a (hardcore)techno-artist now. Preforming a live-act on raves in Europe under the name The Horrorist(and sometimes under the alias Skinhead).
He also runs a record label: www.thingstocome.com .

I've seen him live multiple times and I have his album.

If you buy the DVD version of 101 there are some interviews with the "Fans" . This has been available since 2003.

Wow I've owned some of The Horririst for a while now, I never knew.

One Night In NYC is one creepy song.

I hope the girl going nuts and crying during Blasphemous Rumours has stopped her crying - annoying as hell....still is!

I have the 101 dvd. they don't show what happend to Mia. she was the fan with the blonde hair. I Always wondered what happend to her. I was at that Rose bowl concert. I was 15. That was the first concert i had been to. I will never forget it.

I always wondered, whether there are any of the fans featured in any way, even if just for a moment, plus of course the guys in the film, are here on the board, and if not, than why? Since the documentary on 101, I have no other info about the "kids", ok, I didnt really search,....but yes it's a good thread!
There is a radar in my heart, I should have trusted from the start...
